Why do I need to book an appointment?

We get very busy throughout the day. Without an appointment, you could be waiting for a very long time. No one enjoys waiting around!

Please remember:

  • Your repair deposit will be deducted from your final repair bill.
  • The repair deposit is non-refundable if you miss your appointment and fail to let us know within 24 hours.
  • If you are unable to make your appointment please let us know within 24 hours so that we can reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled and your repair deposit being lost.
  • Please arrive at your appointment start time, otherwise, you may need to wait until the next available appointment day and time.
