I've been here a number of times and there is nothing that cannot be fixed by Phil! Excellent service every time and everything gets done properly. I think we've had Ipads, Iphones and a laptop repaired and can highly recommend.

Great service today! The appointment confirmation email has everything we needed to know, including directions and instructions on how to access the site/office. Friendly member of staff on arrival and an extremely quick service and fix. Thank you 🙂

Book in to have my charger port changed. Quoted £75. And to my surprise when I picked it up, the port was filled with rubbish snd needed a good clean. Was charged £25 very very happy. And also to find someone truthful.

Booked two iPhones to have batteries replaced easy to book left phones and had a call to collect within an hour great service highly recommended would definitely use again

The guy was amazing with my PS5, the console was overheating and had no idea where to go, came across this guy’s website and found it easy to get too. I will be coming back in the future.

They advised of cost of changing port and said they would check phone over before replacing it. Turned out phone just needed a good clean, which they did very effectively to get it working/charging off socket... and they charged significantly less. Trustworthy. Easy transaction and professional service.Job done well.

My family has been using Apple Repairs Kent for many years, for repairs to all sorts of Apple tech, ancient and modern, iPhones, iPads, Macbooks, for minor fixes and major ones. We've have had screens and keyboards replaced and years on they're still working perfectly. Recently I took in a completely dead Macbook, not only did he manage to retrieve what was on it but even after I'd written it off he replaced a major component and it's as new! If Phil, the owner of Apple Repairs can't fix it, nobody can and at a very fair and reasonable cost. Can't recommend the company highly enough.

Fantastic service ! Went to Apple Store BlueWater with iPad Pro only 13 months old, problem charging… was told it was not repairable : they tried to sell me a replacement for £850 ! Went to see the guy at Apple Repairs Kent… Fixed in 48hrs for only £130 parts & labour - with a years warranty MARVELLOUS 🤩

Even though I was late they were still able to fit me in and was very nice about it. Replaced my battery and was very delicate with my phone! Would definitely recommend.

My iPad Air needed a new battery. An other company did not want to do it and wanted me to by one of his on display. Not happy with that I remembered using this company when they were in the dockyard. Gave them a call took iPad to them and picked up the next day. Working just like new. Friendly staff and will use again in the future.

Friendly and efficient! Philip completed my iPhone 13mini battery replacement in less than an hour. Returned with everything exactly as I’d left it but with 100% max battery capacity rather than 82% for the original.

Sent in my ipod as it had not been working for a while. They repaired it perfectly and at little cost. Very happy with everything. Thank you.
