Why is there a booking repair deposit cost?
We need to charge an initial non-refundable deposit to secure parts and time allocated to your repair. The deposit cost is fully deductible from the final repair bill, should you wish to proceed. If you miss your appointment or decide not to continue the repair, we keep the deposit as our time spent on your Mac and parts restocking costs.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST MAKE PAYMENT. If you skip payment or payment is not made, your appointment will not be confirmed on our system and your appointment will not be made even if you receive a booking confirmation.
