Important Update – New Location & Changes to Our Repair Process

After 17 years based in the Dockyard, we have made the difficult decision to relocate our office and update how our repair service operates.

We will be closing from 1st May to the end of May to relocate. These new conditions will be enforced from 1st June 2026.

Our new premises are located at:

Rochester Airport
Laker Road
Rochester
ME1 3EZ

Due to the layout of the new premises, we will no longer have a customer waiting area. As a result, we will no longer offer while-you-wait repairs or walk-in repairs.

Repair Times

Repair times will vary depending on the nature of the fault. Typical repair timeframes are:

iPhone:

  • Screen replacements
  • Battery replacements
  • Speaker issues
  • Charging issues

Estimated time: 1–2 working days

iPad:

  • Screen replacements
  • Battery replacements
  • Charging issues

Estimated time: 2–5 working days

iMac & MacBook:

  • Screen replacements
  • Battery replacements
  • Power issues
  • Keyboard faults

Estimated time: 2–5 working days

These timeframes are estimates and may change if additional faults are discovered during inspection.

Logic board and component-level repairs may take longer depending on the complexity of the fault and current workload.

Appointments

All repairs must now be booked in advance.

Devices cannot be dropped off without a confirmed appointment.

A collection appointment will also be required when your repair is complete.

Our booking form has been simplified to make the process quicker and easier.

Payment

All repairs must now be paid for upfront. This allows us to allocate parts immediately and begin work on your device without delay.

The payment made covers the specific repair requested. If additional faults are discovered during the repair process, we will contact you before carrying out any further work.

Additional repairs may increase the repair time.

MacBook Inspections

We have removed the inspection fee for MacBook diagnostics.
