Fantastic Service professional quick and courteous. Fingers crossed, I won’t be back, but if I ever drop my phone again, I know where I’ll be taking it Five stars dropped the phone off 20 minutes later the phone was back in my hand and as good as new.

Really happy with the service. My son really smashed his iPad so I booked a same day slot for repair. Less than £100 for replacement same day and the gentleman was really lovely. Told me it was a year’s warranty also and I got a stamped loyalty card which is so handy having 2 kids and 2 iPads. Would highly recommend! He deals with all Apple devices and is located in a lovely spot in Chatham dockyard.

I have to say the service from Apple Repairs Kent was fabulous. The are located at Chatham Dockyards and even have a video on YouTube to show you how to get to them, which was fabulous! Phil was professional and did the job as fast as he could. very helpful and a great service at a realistic price

I took my MacBook Pro to Apple Repairs Kent after a minor coffee spill, and Phil was fantastic. He completed an inspection and cleaned the internals with great attention to detail within my appointment. Fortunately for me, Phil said the internals of my MacBook were untouched by the spill (very lucky). Professional, honest, and efficient—the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Phil for any Apple repairs!

Friendly and fast - battery replaced the same day

I contacted Phil in relation to my very old iPod classic having stopped working. Phil found that most of the electronics had stopped working. Phil replaced a few parts but most importantly saved all my music. Great service from start to finish. Would throughly recommend

Superb service and outcome. My laptop had battery failure. I posted it to ARK, they communicated brilliantly on WhatsApp, fixed it and posted it back. Good value and great service.
