What a legend phil is. Went in with my phone not charging expecting to pay for a new charging port. He could have easily charged me to change this, but instead told me he would save me money and just removed a load of fluff and gave it back to me fully working. Don't think most places would be so honest and helpful!

Absolutely brilliant service, rang up to explain what was wrong with my iPhone 8S went along the same day repaired within three hours at a very very competitive price. I would not hesitate to use this service again, Polite, professional and friendly. Mr C Jackson NB: Finally decided to upgrade my phone (iPhone 8s) 2 years further on, but had a new battery installed by Apple Repairs Kent .. .. It’s not my first time seeing help for my Apple devices, was the third time, but the attention to the customer didn’t diminished at all. This time I had my iPhone back case changed, it was done in less than 90 minutes and now it looks like new. Thank you.

Apple in Bluewater told me that my 5 year old immaculate iPad Pro was only suitable for "recycling" due to a poor USB-C connection port. The tech proceeded to tell me that for £640 if available an equivalent age replacement could be supplied. Needless to say I was flabbergasted. £640 for a replacement USB-C port. My wife went online and found Apple Repairs Kent who said they could fix it for £99.99 with a 12 month warranty. I simply booked a time slot online for the next day and I am now typing this review on my only fit to be "recycled" iPad. Phil’s a lovely bloke and did exactly what he said he’d do. Highly recommended👍🏻

Really happy with the service. My son really smashed his iPad so I booked a same day slot for repair. Less than £100 for replacement same day and the gentleman was really lovely. Told me it was a year’s warranty also and I got a stamped loyalty card which is so handy having 2 kids and 2 iPads. Would highly recommend! He deals with all Apple devices and is located in a lovely spot in Chatham dockyard.
