Brilliant job done on my iPod Classic 80gb from 2008. Sent it in with a broken screen and 2008 firmware, got it back today restored to fully working order and with the latest firmware installed as I requested for better compatibility. Am delighted 🤩!. Now looking for my other iPod Classic to send in for an overhaul…! Thanks Phil!

Great service and quick too. My iPod was totally dead. Phil got it sorted much quicker than I had expected so close to Xmas and even arranged it sent back registered post so I did not have to wait until new year. Very happy.

This is the second time I have used Phil for battery replacements in Samsung phones although he primarily deals with Apple devices. He has fitted genuine quality Samsung batteries and the repairs are always done to a high standard. He is friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. 100% recommend.

I contacted Phillip regarding my newly purchased iPod Classic as I was looking into potential upgrades but wasn’t quite sure what I needed. Phillip was incredibly helpful and quick to respond, providing all the information I was after. I decided to go for the 2000mAh battery upgrade along with 256GB of SSD storage. The whole process took about a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. You get regular updates on your device’s status, and a tracking number once it’s shipped. Excellent service from start to finish!

Fast slick service at a reasonable price.

What a legend phil is. Went in with my phone not charging expecting to pay for a new charging port. He could have easily charged me to change this, but instead told me he would save me money and just removed a load of fluff and gave it back to me fully working. Don't think most places would be so honest and helpful!

Absolutely brilliant service, rang up to explain what was wrong with my iPhone 8S went along the same day repaired within three hours at a very very competitive price. I would not hesitate to use this service again, Polite, professional and friendly. It’s not my first time seeing help for my Apple devices, was the third time, but the attention to the customer didn’t diminished at all. This time I had my iPhone back case changed, it was done in less than 90 minutes and now it looks like new. Thank you.

Apple in Bluewater told me that my 5 year old immaculate iPad Pro was only suitable for "recycling" due to a poor USB-C connection port. The tech proceeded to tell me that for £640 if available an equivalent age replacement could be supplied. Needless to say I was flabbergasted. £640 for a replacement USB-C port. My wife went online and found Apple Repairs Kent who said they could fix it for £99.99 with a 12 month warranty. I simply booked a time slot online for the next day and I am now typing this review on my only fit to be "recycled" iPad. Phil’s a lovely bloke and did exactly what he said he’d do. Highly recommended👍🏻
